Dr. Lynch believes in providing care that is individualized to each person’s unique needs, using empirically validated treatments to optimize results.  She takes a compassionate, yet goal-oriented approach to treatment.  Dr. Lynch’s philosophy is that effective therapy should help empower a person to learn to help him or herself.  She works very closely with each patient and his or her family (parents, spouse, etc.) as needed.

Parents are typically very involved in their children’s treatment sessions and sessions also include a focus on teaching parents how to support their children’s adaptive coping with their struggles.  Dr. Lynch also works closely with schools and other key players in the child’s life (if necessary) in order to provide complete care.
